1. Scope of Work — Mechatronics Engineer Engagement
This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechnoMech Solutions SARL to formally propose the engagement of a senior Mechatronics Engineer to deliver comprehensive design, integration, commissioning, and maintenance support for the automated production line at the client’s manufacturing facility located in Ivory Coast Abidjan. The Mechatronics Engineer will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of electromechanical systems, PLC programming, industrial robotics integration, sensor networks, and SCADA supervision platforms. All services described herein are tailored to the specific operational requirements of the Abidjan industrial zone and comply with the regulatory standards set forth by the Ivorian Ministry of Industry and the Côte d’Ivoire National Standards Agency (ANOR).

3. Payment Terms
- 30% advance payment (7,689,000 XOF) upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, to be transferred to the TechnoMech Solutions SARL bank account in Abidjan within 10 business days.
- 40% milestone payment (10,252,000 XOF) due upon successful completion of Factory Acceptance Testing (Ref. 04).
- 30% final payment (7,689,000 XOF) due within 15 business days after Site Acceptance Testing sign-off and delivery of all handover documentation.
- All payments are subject to a 1.5% late-payment interest rate per month as per Ivorian commercial code.
4. Terms & Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market fluctuations in the Ivory Coast Abidjan industrial supply chain.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance and comply with all Ivorian labor and safety regulations during the on-site engagement.
- All intellectual property, design files, and technical documentation produced under this contract shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to port closures at Abidjan’s Vridi terminal, national strikes, or epidemic restrictions, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
- The client agrees to provide the Mechatronics Engineer with safe access to all relevant areas of the facility, existing technical drawings, and a dedicated point of contact for daily coordination.
5. Acceptance & Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Mechatronics Engineer services to be performed in Ivory Coast Abidjan. This document, once countersigned by both parties, constitutes a binding service agreement.
