2. Scope of Work – Mechatronics Engineer Deployment in Japan Tokyo
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Technova Engineering Solutions K.K. to provide the services of a senior Mechatronics Engineer for on-site deployment at the client's manufacturing facility located in Japan Tokyo. The Mechatronics Engineer will be responsible for the design, integration, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of automated production lines, robotic assembly systems, and embedded control units within the client's operations in Japan Tokyo.

3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond the validity period requires written reconfirmation from Technova Engineering Solutions K.K.
- The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in mechatronic system design, with demonstrated competency in industrial automation standards applicable to Japan Tokyo manufacturing environments, including JIS B 8433 and IEC 61508 functional safety requirements.
- Payment shall be made in three (3) installments: 40% upon contract execution, 35% upon completion of on-site commissioning in Japan Tokyo, and 25% upon final acceptance of all deliverables and documentation.
- All work performed by the Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with the Safety Health and Labor Management Standards Act of Japan and the specific occupational safety regulations enforced in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client during the engagement in Japan Tokyo shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing methodologies, libraries, and tools remain the property of Technova Engineering Solutions K.K.
- Any scope changes, additional work orders, or extensions of the Mechatronics Engineer's deployment period must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties before execution.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters common to the Japan Tokyo region (typhoons, seismic activity), shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party for a period not exceeding fourteen (14) consecutive days.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
4. Additional Notes
Note: The Mechatronics Engineer will operate from Technova's dedicated engineering suite in Shibuya, Japan Tokyo, with daily on-site access to the client's Shinjuku manufacturing floor. All proprietary client data will be handled in accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and the client's internal data governance policies. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of third-party hardware, software licenses, or specialized test equipment, which shall be procured separately by the client.
