This Quotation Estimate proposes the following payment milestones, all payable in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) via bank transfer to the designated account of Atlas Mechatronics Solutions SARL, Casablanca:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due upon client's written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project kickoff (approximately 82,224 MAD).
- 40% Progress Payment: Due upon completion of system integration, PLC programming, and robotics setup phases (approximately 109,632 MAD).
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon project handover, delivery of all documentation, and completion of training sessions in Morocco Casablanca (approximately 82,224 MAD).
5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Morocco Casablanca engineering services sector.
5.2 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will require a formal change order signed by both parties. Additional hours for the Mechatronics Engineer will be billed at the applicable hourly rate specified in Section 3.
5.3 Intellectual Property: All designs, code, documentation, and proprietary solutions developed by the Mechatronics Engineer under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
5.4 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, trade secrets, and business information exchanged during the course of this project in Morocco Casablanca.
5.5 Liability & Insurance: Atlas Mechatronics Solutions SARL maintains professional liability insurance covering all Mechatronics Engineer activities performed within the Casablanca metropolitan area. The engineer shall comply with all Moroccan occupational health and safety regulations.
5.6 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the absence of resolution, matters shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
5.7 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or civil unrest affecting the Morocco Casablanca region.
