- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any changes in scope, currency fluctuation exceeding 5%, or regulatory updates in Myanmar Yangon may necessitate a revised estimate.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated by Yangon Industrial Automation & Engineering Co., Ltd. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Myanmar labor laws, industrial safety regulations, and local building codes in force in Myanmar Yangon at the time of execution.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies remain the property of the service provider.
- The maintenance SLA guarantees a maximum response time of 48 hours for critical faults and 5 business days for non-critical issues. On-site visits within Myanmar Yangon city limits are included; travel to other regions will be billed separately.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Myanmar Yangon region, shall extend project timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Myanmar Arbitration Centre, with proceedings conducted in Yangon.
