This Quotation Estimate is issued by Technova Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a qualified Mechatronics Engineer for the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of integrated mechatronic systems at the client's manufacturing facility located in Nepal Kathmandu. The scope encompasses mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-based subsystems working in concert to deliver automated production solutions tailored to the client's operational requirements.
The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, robotics integration, and embedded systems design. All work will be conducted in strict compliance with the Nepal Standards and Specifications Bureau (NSB) guidelines, local Kathmandu Valley building and electrical codes, and international ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.

The total estimated duration for completion of all deliverables under this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) weeks from the date of signed purchase order. The Mechatronics Engineer will submit a detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule within five (5) working days of project commencement. All on-site activities will be scheduled to minimize disruption to the client's existing production lines in Nepal Kathmandu.
4. Payment Terms- 30% advance payment upon signing of the purchase order and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% upon successful completion of installation and commissioning at the Kathmandu site.
- 20% upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation and trained personnel.
- 10% retention released after the first 90-day warranty period without critical defects.
- All payments to be made in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised due to fluctuating costs of imported components and exchange rate variations in Nepal.
- The Mechatronics Engineer and all supporting technicians shall be fully insured for work performed within the Kathmandu Valley jurisdiction.
- Any scope changes or additional requirements beyond the original specification must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties before execution.
- Intellectual property of all custom-designed control logic, PLC programs, and CAD files developed under this engagement shall vest with the client upon full payment.
- Technova Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed lockdowns, or supply chain disruptions common in the Nepal Kathmandu region.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act of Nepal, 2055 (1998), with the seat of arbitration in Kathmandu.
- All work shall comply with the Electricity Supply Act of Nepal and the relevant Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) industrial zoning regulations.
