- Compliance verification against AS/NZS 3000 (Wiring Rules) and NZS 3766 (Electrical Safety).

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made in accordance with the following schedule: 25% upon execution of the contract, 40% upon successful completion of FAT, 25% upon SAT sign-off, and the remaining 10% upon expiry of the warranty period. All payments are to be made in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) via bank transfer to the account nominated by Pacific Rim Mechatronics Solutions Ltd. Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of issue. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed under the New Zealand Commerce Act 1986.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised to reflect market conditions in New Zealand Wellington.
- The Mechatronics Engineer and all supporting personnel shall hold valid New Zealand Engineering Council (NZENG) registrations and appropriate insurance coverage, including public liability of no less than NZD 20,000,000.
- All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the New Zealand Building Code, local Wellington City Council resource consent conditions, and the client's site-specific Health and Safety Management Plan.
- Any variation to the scope of work outlined in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to commencement of the additional work. A supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued for any such variation.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and pre-existing IP of the Mechatronics Engineer remain the property of Pacific Rim Mechatronics Solutions Ltd.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved in accordance with the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal Act 2012 or, where the amount exceeds the Tribunal's jurisdiction, in the District Court of Wellington.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the initial payment has been received.
