The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project in Pakistan Islamabad shall perform the following tasks:

• Conduct a full-site survey and feasibility assessment of the existing production line at the IIDA facility in Sector H-9/1, Islamabad.
• Design and develop a PLC-based automated control system integrating mechanical actuators, electrical sensors, and embedded software modules.
• Procure and install industrial-grade servo motors, stepper drives, proximity sensors, and HMI panels compliant with Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) regulations.
• Program and configure SCADA software for real-time monitoring, data logging, and remote diagnostics of the mechatronic assembly line.
• Perform system integration testing, load testing, and safety interlock verification in accordance with IEC 61508 functional safety standards.
• Provide a minimum of 120 hours of on-site training to the client's operational staff in Pakistan Islamabad on system operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Deliver complete as-built documentation, wiring diagrams, ladder logic source code, and a 12-month warranty certificate.
• Offer quarterly preventive maintenance visits for a period of two (2) years post-commissioning.

• Commissioning Payment (20%): PKR 3,740,128 – Payable upon completion of system integration testing and client sign-off.
• Final Payment (10%): PKR 1,870,128 – Payable after successful completion of the training program and handover of all documentation.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for revision after this period will be subject to re-evaluation of material and labor costs.
• All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) code of conduct and applicable regulations of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) municipal authority.

• Warranty coverage is limited to defects in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by operator error, power surges, or unauthorized modifications shall be excluded.

• Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
• All intellectual property, including PLC ladder logic, SCADA configurations, and design drawings, shall remain the property of Apex Mechatronics & Automation Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. unless a separate licensing agreement is executed.
