- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates for the Mechatronics Engineer services may be revised to reflect market conditions in Pakistan Karachi.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon mid-project milestone completion, and 20% upon final delivery and sign-off. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account in Pakistan Karachi.
- The Mechatronics Engineer assigned under this engagement shall adhere to all applicable Pakistani engineering standards, including those set by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA).

- Confidentiality: All proprietary designs, PLC code, and technical documentation developed by the Mechatronics Engineer during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. Apex Mechatronics Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. shall not disclose any project details to third parties.
- Warranty: A six-month warranty is provided on all integrated mechatronic systems and PLC programs delivered under this Quotation Estimate, covering defects in design and workmanship.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions in Pakistan Karachi, or national emergencies.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1940, with the seat of arbitration in Pakistan Karachi.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in full, agreeing to all terms, conditions, and the scope of work pertaining to the Mechatronics Engineer services as described herein.
