The total estimated duration for the completion of all services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) calendar weeks from the date of contract signature. The Mechatronics Engineer project team will be physically present at the client's facility in Callao, Peru Lima, during all critical phases including installation, commissioning, and trial operation. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided within five (5) business days of contract execution.
4. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the issue date. After the expiration date, prices and availability of the Mechatronics Engineer team are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of installation and commissioning, and 30% upon successful completion of the 30-day trial operation period in Peru Lima.
- All prices are quoted in Peruvian Soles (PEN) and include IGV at the current rate of 18%. Any change in tax legislation by the Peruvian government will be reflected proportionally.
- The Mechatronics Engineer services are subject to the Peruvian Civil Code and the specific regulations of the Ministry of Production (PRODUCE). Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru.
- Client is responsible for providing adequate workspace, electrical supply (440V/3-phase), compressed air, and safety infrastructure at the Peru Lima project site.
- Intellectual property of all designs, PLC programs, and documentation developed under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Lima metropolitan area, shall extend the project timeline by the duration of the event.
