- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. After the expiration date, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Philippines Manila industrial sector.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of design and procurement phase, 20% upon successful Site Acceptance Test, and 10% upon expiration of the 90-day warranty period.
- All payments shall be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via bank transfer to the account of Philippine Mechatronics Solutions Inc. at BDO Unibank, Makati Branch, Philippines Manila.
- The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project holds a PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) license and is registered with the Philippine Association of Mechatronics Engineers (PAME). A copy of the license shall be provided upon request.
