The total value of this Quotation Estimate shall be disbursed according to the following milestone-based schedule, subject to satisfactory acceptance of deliverables by the client at the Qatar Doha project site:
- Milestone 1 (25%): Upon contract signing and mobilization of the Mechatronics Engineer team to Qatar Doha – QAR 214,278.75
- Milestone 2 (30%): Upon completion of design, programming, and delivery of all technical documentation – QAR 257,134.50

5.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Qatar Doha.
5.2 Governing Law: This agreement and all services rendered under this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Qatar Doha under the Qatar International Arbitration Center (QIAC).
5.3 Work Permits & Visa: The client shall facilitate the necessary work permits, Qatar visa (QID), and residency documentation for the Mechatronics Engineer and support staff. All associated government fees shall be borne by the client as a separate line item not included in this Quotation Estimate.
5.4 Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): The Mechatronics Engineer and all personnel shall comply with Qatar's Occupational Safety and Health regulations and the client's site-specific HSE plan. All work at the Qatar Doha facility shall adhere to the highest safety standards.
5.5 Intellectual Property: All designs, programs, and documentation created specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Mechatronics Engineer retains ownership of pre-existing proprietary tools and methodologies.
5.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or pandemics affecting operations in Qatar Doha.
