- 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the master service agreement.
- 40% milestone payment upon successful commissioning of the automated production line in Russia Moscow.
- 30% final payment upon completion of the 12-month contract term and delivery of all as-built documentation.
- Payments shall be made via international wire transfer to the account specified in the contract, or in Russian Rubles to the local account in Moscow as mutually agreed.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation or resource availability.
