- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Singapore Singapore.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the commissioning phase, and 30% upon final handover and acceptance by the client in Singapore Singapore.
- All invoices are payable within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at 1.5% per month as per Singapore Singapore commercial practice.
- The Mechatronics Engineer team shall comply with all applicable Singapore Singapore regulations, including the Employment Act, Workplace Safety and Health Act, and relevant industry standards (SS 584, IEC 60204-1, ISO 13849).
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies of the service provider remain the property of Apex Mechatronics Solutions Pte. Ltd.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be itemised in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The definitive terms shall be governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) executed separately.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore Mediation Centre, and failing that, by arbitration under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
- The service provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of SGD 2,000,000 for the duration of the project in Singapore Singapore.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat all proprietary information exchanged during the course of this engagement as strictly confidential, in accordance with the Singapore Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
