Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Thereafter, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in South Africa Johannesburg.
2. The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project holds a BEng (Mechatronics) degree and is a registered Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA), registration number 12345678.
3. All work shall be performed in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993), the National Building Regulations, and applicable SANS standards.
4. The client shall provide safe access to all relevant areas of the facility in South Africa Johannesburg, including electrical panels, control rooms, and production floors, during working hours (07:00–17:00, Monday to Friday).
