The engineer will operate in full compliance with the technical regulations established by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, as well as the applicable European Union directives regarding machinery safety and electrical installations in the region of Spain Madrid.

All payments referenced in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the account of IberTech Mechatronics Solutions S.L. at Banco Santander, IBAN: ES91 0049 0001 5320 1234 5678, in Madrid, Spain. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

• 30% advance payment (€8,523.24) upon formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract.
• 40% milestone payment (€11,364.32) upon completion of the design phase and delivery of engineering documentation.
• 20% progress payment (€5,682.16) upon successful completion of on-site commissioning in Spain Madrid.
• 10% final payment (€2,841.08) upon closure of the warranty period and final acceptance by the client.

Overdue payments shall accrue interest at the rate established by the Spanish Law on Late Payment in Commercial Transactions (Ley 3/2004), currently set at the European Central Bank reference rate plus 10 percentage points.
