- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or applicable tax regulations in the Spain Valencia region.
- All services rendered by the Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with current Spanish industrial safety regulations (RD 1215/1997), EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and IEC 60204-1 standards for electrical equipment of machinery.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of FAT, and 30% upon successful SAT and final acceptance. Invoices shall be settled within thirty (30) days of receipt via bank transfer to the provider's account in Valencia, Spain.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall provide weekly progress reports to the client's project manager. Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the original budget must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work commences.
- All intellectual property generated specifically for this project, including PLC code, HMI layouts, and system schematics, shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The provider retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with prior written consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Spain Valencia industrial zone, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as the commercial framework for such an agreement.
- Governing law: The laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
