This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechnoMech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. to provide the services of a qualified Mechatronics Engineer for the design, integration, commissioning, and maintenance of automated manufacturing systems at the client's facility located in Sri Lanka Colombo. The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project will hold a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Moratuwa and possess a minimum of eight (8) years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, robotics integration, and embedded systems design within the Sri Lankan manufacturing sector.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of rates by TechnoMech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon signing of the service agreement, 35% upon successful Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and 25% upon completion of the 12-month maintenance period. All payments to be made in Sri Lankan Rupees via bank transfer to our account at Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Colombo branch.
The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project shall work a standard 45-hour week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) at the client's premises in Sri Lanka Colombo. Overtime beyond 10 hours per week shall be billed at 1.5x the standard daily rate.
All intellectual property, including PLC code, HMI configurations, and system designs developed under this Quotation Estimate, shall become the sole property of the client upon full and final payment.
TechnoMech Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. shall provide a 12-month warranty on all mechatronic system integrations performed by the Mechatronics Engineer, covering defects in workmanship and programming logic. The warranty does not cover damage caused by operator error, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.
The client agrees to provide the Mechatronics Engineer with safe working conditions, access to required infrastructure (power, compressed air, network connectivity), and all necessary permits for work at the Sri Lanka Colombo site in compliance with the Ceylon Electricity Board and Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) regulations.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order, signed by both parties, with an adjusted cost estimate provided within five (5) working days.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Colombo, Sri Lanka, in accordance with the Arbitration Act No. 11 of 1995 of the Republic of Sri Lanka.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Mechatronics Engineer services at the specified location in Sri Lanka Colombo.
