- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, NVES reserves the right to revise pricing due to market fluctuations in Sudan Khartoum.
- The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project holds a B.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Khartoum and possesses a minimum of twelve (12) years of professional experience in industrial automation within the Sudanese and East African markets.
- All work performed under this Quotation Estimate shall be carried out in strict compliance with the Sudanese Labour Act (2010) and occupational health and safety regulations applicable in Sudan Khartoum.
- The client shall provide the Mechatronics Engineer with safe access to all relevant plant areas, existing technical documentation, and necessary utilities (power, compressed air, network) at the Sudan Khartoum project site.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, proprietary code libraries, and standard engineering practices remain the property of NVES.
- Any change in scope beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work commences. A revised Quotation Estimate supplement will be issued for such changes.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Sudan Khartoum in accordance with the Sudanese Arbitration Act (2005).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions in Sudan Khartoum, shall suspend obligations under this contract without penalty to either party.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Mechatronics Engineer at the designated facility in Sudan Khartoum.
