- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in component costs, exchange rates, or availability of materials in the Tanzania Dar es Salaam market.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon completion of system installation, and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover. All payments shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the account specified by Technomec Engineering Solutions Ltd.
- The Mechatronics Engineer team shall commence work within five (5) business days of receiving the advance payment and written confirmation from the client.
- All work shall be performed in accordance with the Tanzanian Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), local building and electrical codes applicable in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, and the project specifications agreed upon in writing.
- The client shall provide adequate workspace, power supply, and access to the production floor at the Tanzania Dar es Salaam facility. Any delays caused by the client's failure to provide site access shall extend the project timeline accordingly.
- Warranty: A twelve-month warranty is included on all installed mechatronic components and programming. Warranty does not cover damage caused by operator error, force majeure, or unauthorized modifications.
- Intellectual property: All custom PLC code, HMI designs, and system architectures developed under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Tanzania Dar es Salaam in accordance with the Arbitration Act of the United Republic of Tanzania.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and returned the acceptance copy. A formal Service Agreement will be executed prior to commencement of work.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both the client's representative and the assigned Mechatronics Engineer project lead before additional work proceeds.
