• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the Turkey Ankara labor market, exchange rate fluctuations, or material cost adjustments.
• Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design and development phase, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover in Turkey Ankara.

• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Ankara.
