The assigned Mechatronics Engineer will operate on-site in Turkey Istanbul for a duration of twelve (12) consecutive weeks, working in coordination with the client's internal maintenance and production teams. All deliverables will comply with the Turkish Machinery Regulation (Makine Yönetmeliği), IEC 61508 functional safety standards, and applicable TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) requirements.

• 30% Advance Payment: TRY 270,720.00 due within 7 business days of signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% Progress Payment: TRY 360,960.00 due upon completion of PLC programming and mechanical installation milestones (Week 6).
• 30% Final Payment: TRY 270,720.00 due within 10 business days after successful SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and documentation handover.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to TechMech Solutions Ltd. account at Ziraat Bankası, Istanbul branch. IBAN: TR12 0001 0000 1234 5678 9012 34.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and are subject to revision upon expiry.
• The Mechatronics Engineer services described herein are exclusive to the project site in Turkey Istanbul. Any additional on-site visits outside Istanbul metropolitan area will be billed separately at a rate of TRY 4,500 per day plus travel expenses.
• Client is responsible for providing safe working conditions, necessary access to the production floor, and all third-party hardware (PLC modules, drives, sensors) specified in the Bill of Materials. Hardware procurement is excluded from this Quotation Estimate unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Intellectual property of all custom PLC code, HMI screens, and CAD drawings developed by the Mechatronics Engineer during this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
• Warranty: TechMech Solutions Ltd. provides a twelve (12) month warranty on all programming and commissioning work performed by the Mechatronics Engineer, commencing from the date of SAT sign-off.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or civil unrest affecting operations in Turkey Istanbul, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Commercial Courts in accordance with the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu).
• This document constitutes a formal Quotation Estimate and does not represent a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.
