The engineer is fully qualified to operate in compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and industry codes applicable in United Arab Emirates Dubai.

- Progress Payment: 40% (AED 175,371.00) payable upon successful completion of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Final Payment: 30% (AED 131,528.25) payable within fourteen (14) days of Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) sign-off and delivery of all as-built documentation.
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company account in United Arab Emirates Dubai. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations enforced by the Dubai Municipality and the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
- Intellectual property rights for all custom PLC code, HMI designs, and engineering drawings developed under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
- The warranty period of twelve (12) months commences from the date of SAT sign-off. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and design but excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or force majeure events.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the specific regulations of the Emirate of Dubai.
