Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:
- 25% Advance Payment: Due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. Amount: £11,991.00 (incl. VAT).
- 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon completion of design, programming, and prior to on-site installation. Amount: £19,185.60 (incl. VAT).
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon successful commissioning, client sign-off, and delivery of all documentation. Amount: £14,389.40 (incl. VAT).
All payments are to be made by BACS transfer to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice. Payment is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations or changes in availability of the Mechatronics Engineer.
- All work will be carried out in accordance with applicable UK legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008, and the UKCA/CE marking requirements.
- The Mechatronics Engineer will carry professional indemnity insurance of no less than £5,000,000 and public liability insurance of no less than £10,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement in United Kingdom Birmingham.
- The client agrees to provide safe access to the work site, necessary utilities (power, compressed air, network connectivity), and any third-party equipment or components not included in this Quotation Estimate.
- Intellectual property rights in all designs, code, and documentation produced specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full and final payment.
