The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in industrial automation, mechanical systems design, electrical engineering, and software integration. All deliverables will comply with applicable United States federal and Texas state regulations, including OSHA standards, NFPA 79, and the Texas Occupational Safety and Health Administration (TOSHA) requirements specific to the United States Houston industrial corridor.

The Mechatronics Engineer team will mobilize to the United States Houston site within ten (10) business days of contract execution. The anticipated project duration is fourteen (14) weeks from mobilization through final acceptance, with the twelve-month support retainer commencing upon successful Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided as a supplement to this Quotation Estimate upon client approval.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to revision upon expiration.
• Payment terms: 30% upon execution, 40% upon completion of FAT, 20% upon SAT sign-off, and 10% upon delivery of final documentation. The monthly retainer is billed in advance on the first business day of each month.
• All work performed by the Mechatronics Engineer shall be conducted in strict compliance with United States federal law, Texas state law, and all local ordinances applicable to the United States Houston jurisdiction.
• Client shall provide safe access to the facility, necessary utilities, and a dedicated project liaison during all on-site activities in United States Houston.
• Any scope changes exceeding ten percent (10%) of the total Quotation Estimate value require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
• Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies of TechMech Solutions LLC remain the property of TechMech Solutions LLC.
• Liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total contract value. Neither party shall be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Governing law: State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in United States Houston, Harris County, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
