The Mechatronics Engineer proposed for this engagement holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Universidad de Los Andes (ULA), Mérida, with an additional Master's specialization in Industrial Automation and Control Systems. The engineer possesses a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrated electromechanical systems, PLC programming (Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi), SCADA architectures, industrial robotics, and sensor-based monitoring systems. The Mechatronics Engineer is fully licensed and registered with the Colegio de Ingenieros de Venezuela and is accustomed to operating within the regulatory and operational framework specific to Venezuela Caracas industrial installations.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuations, material cost changes, or availability of the Mechatronics Engineer.
