• The client agrees to provide safe working conditions, necessary access to equipment, and all permits required for the Mechatronics Engineer to perform duties at the Zimbabwe Harare site in compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act [Chapter 7:19] of Zimbabwe.
• Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval by both parties before additional work commences.
