1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Bangladesh Dhaka.
2. The Medical Researcher shall adhere to all ethical guidelines set forth by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council, the National Research Ethics Committee (NREC), and the Declaration of Helsinki.
3. All data collected during the research engagement shall be stored on encrypted servers physically located within Bangladesh Dhaka in compliance with the Digital Security Act 2018 of Bangladesh.
4. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Dhaka Biomedical Research & Consulting Ltd., Bank Asia, Banani Branch, Dhaka. A 1.5% late penalty shall apply to overdue invoices.
5. Either party may terminate this engagement with a written notice of thirty (30) days. In the event of early termination, a pro-rata refund of unutilized funds shall be processed within fifteen (15) business days.
6. Intellectual property rights arising from the research shall be jointly owned by the sponsoring institution and the Medical Researcher, as detailed in a separate IP Addendum to be executed at the time of contract signing.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received in full.
8. All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangladesh Dhaka in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh.
