This Quotation Estimate is issued by MedResearch Consulting Group Ltda. to provide the professional services of a qualified Medical Researcher to be deployed and operated within the jurisdiction of Brazil Brasília, the Federal District of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Medical Researcher will be engaged to conduct, coordinate, and oversee clinical and epidemiological research activities in alignment with the regulatory frameworks established by the Brazilian National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA), the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq), and the local ethics committees operating in Brasília.
The Medical Researcher will report directly to the Director of Clinical Research at INPS and will be physically based at the Brasília research campus. The scope encompasses the design of research protocols, data collection and statistical analysis, peer-reviewed publication of findings, supervision of junior research staff, and full compliance with Brazilian data protection legislation (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados – LGPD) as it pertains to patient and participant data.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After 15 July 2025, pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing exchange rates and labor market conditions in Brasília.
- Regulatory Compliance: The Medical Researcher shall maintain an active registration with the Conselho Regional de Medicina do Distrito Federal (CRM-DF) and shall comply with all ANVISA resolutions applicable to clinical research conducted in the Federal District.
- Data Protection: All participant data collected in Brazil Brasília shall be processed in strict accordance with the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018). Data storage servers shall be located within Brazilian national borders.
- Intellectual Property: All research outputs, publications, and proprietary methodologies developed under this engagement shall be jointly owned by INPS and MedResearch Consulting Group Ltda., as stipulated in the definitive service contract.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the Medical Researcher's remaining fees shall be prorated based on completed milestones.
- Taxation: All amounts are inclusive of applicable Brazilian federal, state, and municipal taxes (ISS, PIS, COFINS, IR). INSS contributions for the Medical Researcher are included in the monthly professional fee.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved by arbitration in Brasília – DF, under the rules of the Câmara de Arbitragem do Centro de Arbitragem e Mediação da Câmara de Comércio Brasil-Canadá.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to public health emergencies declared by the Ministry of Health of Brazil.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Medical Researcher services to be performed in Brazil Brasília and authorizes MedResearch Consulting Group Ltda. to proceed with the engagement upon execution of the definitive service contract. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal agreement.
