The Medical Researcher proposed for this engagement holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree with a postdoctoral fellowship in Translational Medicine from the University of British Columbia. The candidate possesses over twelve years of experience conducting peer-reviewed clinical research in the Canada Vancouver region, with published work in journals such as the Canadian Medical Association Journal and The Lancet Regional Health – Western Pacific. The Medical Researcher is registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia and maintains current Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certification. All research activities will be conducted in full compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia and the federal Privacy Act of Canada.
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After July 12, 2025, rates and availability are subject to revision.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in quarterly installments of $79,406.25 (CAD), due within thirty (30) days of invoice issuance. A 1.5% monthly late fee applies to overdue balances.
- Commencement: Services will commence on September 1, 2025, contingent upon written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of a formal Service Agreement.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, all costs incurred up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative fee, shall be payable.
- Intellectual Property: All research data, publications, and intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by BC Pacific Research Consulting Inc. and the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority, as stipulated in the Service Agreement.
- Confidentiality: The Medical Researcher and all supporting personnel are bound by strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with Canadian privacy legislation and institutional policies in Canada Vancouver.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
- Revisions: Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written Change Order signed by both parties before additional costs are incurred.
By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Medical Researcher in Canada Vancouver.
