- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect current market conditions in Chile Santiago.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of field data collection, and 30% upon final delivery of the published manuscripts. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to our account at Banco de Chile, Santiago branch.
- Intellectual Property: All research data, protocols, and publications generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Medical Researcher team, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- Confidentiality: The Medical Researcher and all supporting personnel are bound by strict confidentiality obligations in accordance with Chilean Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life and applicable data protection regulations.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to public health emergencies, natural disasters affecting the Chile Santiago region, or government-mandated closures.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days written notice. In such case, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Medical Researcher services in Chile Santiago and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
