3. Professional Qualifications of the Medical Researcher

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing is subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Guangzhou.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the six-month milestone, and 30% upon final project delivery and acceptance.
- All payments shall be made in Chinese Yuan (CNY) via bank transfer to the designated account of Guangzhou Advanced Biomedical Research Institute Co., Ltd. International wire transfers are accepted with a 2% processing surcharge.
- The Medical Researcher engagement is governed by the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and applicable labor and research regulations in Guangdong Province. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration at the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.
- Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the institute, as further detailed in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed prior to commencement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the executed Master Service Agreement.
