- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Medical Researcher. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Colombian tax regulations (DIAN).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to exchange rate fluctuations or changes in regulatory requirements in Colombia Bogotá.
- The Medical Researcher reserves the right to adjust the project timeline by up to fifteen (15) business days in the event of force majeure, regulatory delays, or unforeseen clinical complications.
- All intellectual property generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Medical Researcher and the Client, as stipulated in the separate service agreement.
- Confidentiality of all participant data is guaranteed in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombian Data Protection Law) and applicable international standards.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal service agreement.
