This Quotation Estimate outlines the comprehensive professional services to be rendered by a qualified Medical Researcher engaged by Global Health Research Partners Ltd. to support the Institut de Recherche en Santé Publique in conducting multi-site epidemiological investigations across the DR Congo Kinshasa metropolitan area and surrounding provinces. The Medical Researcher will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on clinical and field research protocols focused on infectious disease surveillance, maternal and child health outcomes, and antimicrobial resistance patterns specific to the DR Congo Kinshasa region.

The Medical Researcher shall operate under the scientific supervision of the IRSP Director and in compliance with the National Ethics Committee of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (CEC-CD), the Ministry of Health of DR Congo, and all applicable international research ethics standards including the Declaration of Helsinki and the CIOMS guidelines.

This Quotation Estimate shall be settled in four (4) installments as follows:

30% (USD 44,015.04) – Due upon signature of the service agreement and approval of the research protocol by CEC-CD, Kinshasa.
30% (USD 44,015.04) – Due upon completion of field data collection cycles 3 and 4 (Month 6).
25% (USD 36,679.20) – Due upon submission of the statistical analysis report and first manuscript draft.
15% (USD 22,007.52) – Due upon final project close-out, delivery of all data sets, and final report to IRSP and the Ministry of Health, DR Congo Kinshasa.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision due to currency fluctuation (USD to CDF) and operational cost changes in DR Congo Kinshasa.
The Medical Researcher must hold a valid medical or research license recognized by the Ministry of Health of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and must present a clean criminal background check prior to deployment.
All research data collected in DR Congo Kinshasa shall remain the intellectual property of the IRSP and the Ministry of Health. The Medical Researcher agrees to a non-disclosure and data sovereignty clause in accordance with Congolese law.
Global Health Research Partners Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to political instability, security incidents, or public health emergencies within DR Congo Kinshasa or its provinces.
All payments shall be made in US Dollars via international wire transfer to the account designated in the service agreement. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal Service Agreement in triplicate, with one copy retained by the IRSP in Kinshasa, one by Global Health Research Partners Ltd., and one filed with the Ministry of Health, DR Congo.
Any amendments to the scope of the Medical Researcher's duties must be documented in a written addendum signed by both parties and must not alter the total Quotation Estimate amount by more than 10% without a revised estimate.
