This Quotation Estimate is issued by Alexandria Medical Research & Consultancy Group (AMRCG) to formally outline the scope, deliverables, and associated costs for the engagement of a qualified Medical Researcher to conduct a comprehensive clinical and epidemiological study within the Egypt Alexandria metropolitan region. This document serves as a binding financial proposal and shall remain valid for the period stated above. All pricing is denominated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise specified.

The Medical Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables in and around Egypt Alexandria, including but not limited to the coastal districts of Smouha, Montazah, Rashid, and the central urban areas:

The Medical Researcher assigned to this project holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Alexandria University, a Master's in Clinical Epidemiology from the American University in Cairo, and a PhD in Biomedical Sciences. The researcher has over twelve (12) years of experience conducting field-based medical research in the Egypt Alexandria region and has published more than thirty (30) peer-reviewed articles in international journals. The researcher is registered with the Egyptian Medical Syndicate (Branch: Alexandria) and holds a valid research license issued by the National Research Centre, Cairo.

4.1 Payment Schedule: A 30% advance payment (EGP 133,380) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 70% shall be paid in three equal monthly installments aligned with the project milestones outlined in Section 2.

4.2 Cancellation Policy: Should the client cancel the engagement after the advance payment has been received, the advance shall be non-refundable. Cancellation after the second milestone requires a 50% penalty on the remaining balance.

4.3 Intellectual Property: All raw data, interim reports, and the final manuscript produced by the Medical Researcher under this contract shall be jointly owned by AMRCG and the client institution, with publication rights shared equally.

4.4 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to public health emergencies, government-mandated closures of hospitals in Egypt Alexandria, or natural disasters.

4.5 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes shall be resolved through the Alexandria Commercial Court.

4.6 Confidentiality: The Medical Researcher shall maintain strict confidentiality of all patient data in accordance with Egyptian Law No. 176 of 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the ethical standards of the Alexandria University Research Ethics Committee.

Note: This Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal until formally accepted in writing by both parties. All costs are exclusive of any additional laboratory consumables, imaging fees, or third-party testing services that may be required during the course of the Medical Researcher's fieldwork in Egypt Alexandria. Such additional costs, if incurred, will be itemized in a supplementary amendment to this document.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Medical Researcher in Egypt Alexandria.
