This Quotation Estimate is issued by Nile Delta Research & Clinical Sciences Institute to formally outline the professional services to be rendered by a senior Medical Researcher engaged to support the Phase III clinical trial program at Cairo University Hospital. The Medical Researcher will be based in Egypt Cairo and will operate under the direct supervision of the client's principal investigator. All deliverables, data management, and regulatory compliance activities will be conducted in accordance with the Egyptian Supreme Council of Health (SCH) guidelines and the Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA) protocols applicable in Egypt Cairo.

The scope encompasses literature review, protocol design assistance, statistical analysis, patient recruitment coordination, adverse event monitoring, and preparation of regulatory submission documents. The Medical Researcher will work a minimum of five (5) days per week at the client's facility in Egypt Cairo, with remote availability for data entry and report drafting as needed.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Egypt Cairo.
• Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of the third month, and 30% upon final delivery of all research outputs and regulatory filings.
• All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account of Nile Delta Research & Clinical Sciences Institute, National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Main Branch.
• The Medical Researcher shall maintain full confidentiality of all patient data, proprietary trial information, and unpublished findings in strict compliance with Egyptian Law No. 176 of 2018 (Personal Data Protection Law).
• Any scope changes or additional deliverables requested by the client will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing prior to commencement of the additional work.
• The Medical Researcher is engaged as an independent contractor and is not an employee of the client institution. Social insurance and labor law obligations under Egyptian law do not apply to this engagement.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Egypt Cairo, shall suspend the project timeline without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Cairo in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
