This document outlines the scope of services, associated costs, payment milestones, and contractual terms governing the proposed engagement. The Medical Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle in France Paris:

Design and execution of Phase II and Phase III clinical trial protocols in oncology and rare genetic disorders, conducted in partnership with Hôpital Pitié-Salpêtrière and Institut Curie in France Paris.
Supervision of a team of four junior research assistants and two laboratory technicians based at the IRCA facility in the 14th arrondissement of Paris.
Conduct of systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, and statistical modelling using R, SAS, and SPSS platforms for peer-reviewed publication in indexed journals.
Preparation and submission of regulatory documentation to the French National Agency for Medicines and Health Products Safety (ANSM) and the European Medicines Agency (EMA) as required for France Paris-based trials.
Participation in at least three (3) international medical conferences per year, representing the client organisation in France Paris and abroad.
Monthly progress reporting to the IRCA scientific board, including interim data analysis, risk assessments, and budget variance reports.
Mentorship of two doctoral candidates affiliated with Université Paris Cité, contributing to the academic research ecosystem in France Paris.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly instalments, due within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice issuance. The schedule is as follows:

Q1 (July – September 2025): EUR 98,370.00 (including applicable TVA)
Q2 (October – December 2025): EUR 98,370.00
Q3 (January – March 2026): EUR 98,370.00
Q4 (April – June 2026): EUR 98,370.00

All payments shall be transferred via SEPA bank transfer to the account of Paris Biomedical Research Group, BNP Paribas, France Paris, IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0312 3456 7890 123. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate prescribed by French commercial law (Code de commerce, Article L441-10).

5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Medical Researcher are subject to reconfirmation in writing.

5.2 The Medical Researcher shall comply with all applicable French and European data protection regulations, including the GDPR and the French Loi Informatique et Libertés, particularly regarding patient data handled in France Paris clinical settings.

5.3 Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement shall be jointly owned by PBRG and IRCA, as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed prior to commencement.

5.4 Either party may terminate this engagement with sixty (60) days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the termination date, as detailed in this Quotation Estimate.

5.5 The Medical Researcher shall maintain professional medical liability insurance with a minimum coverage of EUR 5,000,000, valid throughout the France Paris region and all EU member states where trial sites are located.

5.6 All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved by the competent commercial courts of Paris, France, in accordance with French law.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and financial obligations set forth in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of the Medical Researcher in France Paris. This document constitutes a binding commercial proposal upon countersignature by both parties.
