- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Medical Researcher position in Germany Frankfurt are subject to re-evaluation.
- Payment terms: 50% advance payment upon contract execution; remaining 50% payable in two equal quarterly installments. All payments shall be made via SEPA bank transfer to the account designated by Helios Research Partners GmbH, Frankfurt am Main.
- The Medical Researcher shall comply with all provisions of the German Research Data Act (Forschungsdatengesetz), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable in Germany Frankfurt.
- All intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and Helios Research Partners GmbH, unless otherwise stipulated in a separate IP agreement. Publication rights shall be negotiated on a per-project basis.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with a written notice period of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, all fees incurred up to the termination date, plus a 10% administrative surcharge, shall be payable.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed a formal Service Agreement. The terms herein are indicative and subject to final legal review by counsel in Germany Frankfurt.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions affecting research operations in Germany Frankfurt.
- All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, in accordance with the rules of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms the engagement of the Medical Researcher for the specified project in Germany Frankfurt under the terms and conditions outlined herein.
