The Medical Researcher assigned under this Quotation Estimate shall possess a minimum of an MD (Research) or PhD in Clinical Medicine, with a minimum of eight (8) years of post-doctoral research experience. The researcher must hold a valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) / National Medical Commission (NMC) and have a proven track record of at least fifteen (15) first-author publications in indexed journals. Prior experience conducting research within India Mumbai institutions, including but not limited to AIIMS, Tata Memorial Hospital, and KEM Hospital, is strongly preferred.
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in India Mumbai.
4.2 Payment Terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 35% upon completion of the mid-project deliverables, and 25% upon final delivery and acceptance of all outputs by the client.
4.3 Payment Method: All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Mumbai Biomedical Research Associates Pvt. Ltd., India Mumbai. Cheques shall be drawn in favour of the organization and payable at Mumbai.
4.4 Intellectual Property: All research outputs, data, manuscripts, and protocols generated under this engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the client. The Medical Researcher shall not publish or disclose any proprietary information without written consent.
4.5 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all data, patient information, and research findings in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable data protection regulations in India Mumbai.
4.6 Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the client after the advance payment, 50% of the advance shall be non-refundable. Cancellation by the organization prior to commencement shall result in a full refund within fourteen (14) working days.
4.7 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in India Mumbai in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, India shall be exclusive.
4.8 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or other events beyond reasonable control, particularly those affecting operations in India Mumbai.
