• Collection, entry, verification, and statistical analysis of patient data using validated electronic data capture (EDC) systems and SPSS/R statistical software.
• Preparation of regulatory submissions, Investigator's Brochures, and informed consent documentation in coordination with the Institutional Ethics Committee (IEC) located in India New Delhi.
• Coordination with hospital staff, nursing teams, and laboratory technicians at the Wazirpur campus and affiliated satellite centres across the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi.

• Any force majeure event, including but not limited to government-mandated lockdowns, natural disasters, or regulatory moratoriums in the NCT of Delhi, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without additional cost to the client.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration at New Delhi, India.
