• All intellectual property, data, and publications arising from this engagement shall be jointly owned by the Service Provider and the Client, as stipulated in the separate Master Service Agreement.
• The Service Provider reserves the right to substitute the assigned Medical Researcher with a professional of equivalent or superior qualifications, subject to prior written approval by the Client.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns in Indonesia Jakarta, or pandemics, shall suspend obligations without penalty for either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement incorporating these terms.
