This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request for the professional services of a qualified Medical Researcher to be deployed and operational within the metropolitan area of Iran Tehran. The Medical Researcher shall operate primarily from the designated research facility located in the Vanak district of Tehran, with periodic travel to affiliated hospitals and university laboratories across the Tehran metropolitan region, including but not limited to the campuses of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, and the Pasteur Institute of Iran.

3.1 — A non-refundable advance payment of 30% (USD $43,590) shall be due within ten (10) business days of acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Medical Researcher's availability and initiate the mobilization process in Iran Tehran.
3.2 — The remaining 70% shall be disbursed in two equal installments: 35% upon completion of the pre-clinical phase and 35% upon successful submission of the final research deliverables and regulatory filings.
3.3 — All payments shall be processed via international wire transfer to the designated account. Applicable Iranian tax obligations (VAT at 10% where mandated by local law in Tehran) shall be borne by the client and are not included in the above figures.
4.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to currency fluctuation, availability of the Medical Researcher, or changes in local operational costs within Iran Tehran.
4.2 — The Medical Researcher shall comply with all applicable Iranian national research ethics guidelines, the Declaration of Helsinki, and institutional review board (IRB) requirements specific to Tehran-based research institutions.
4.3 — Intellectual property generated during the engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the research entity, as stipulated in the separate Master Service Agreement to be executed prior to commencement of work in Iran Tehran.
4.4 — Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-imposed restrictions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies affecting operations in Iran Tehran, shall suspend contractual obligations without penalty to either party.
4.5 — Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with the seat of arbitration to be mutually agreed upon.
