This Quotation Estimate is issued in response to the formal request for the engagement of a qualified Medical Researcher to conduct a comprehensive epidemiological and clinical research programme within the Iraq Baghdad metropolitan area. The Medical Researcher shall be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on a multi-phase study targeting infectious disease prevalence, antimicrobial resistance patterns, and public health intervention outcomes across the major hospitals and community health centres in Baghdad.
The scope encompasses the following deliverables:
- Development of a peer-reviewed research protocol aligned with Iraqi Ministry of Health guidelines and international ethical standards (IRB approval in Iraq Baghdad).
- Recruitment and coordination of a local research team of no fewer than six (6) field assistants and two (2) laboratory technicians based in Baghdad.
- Conduct of a cross-sectional survey covering a minimum of 2,500 participants across Al-Yusufiyah, Al-Karrada, Al-Mansour, and Al-Rusafa districts.
- Collection, processing, and statistical analysis of clinical and laboratory data using validated instruments.
- Preparation of a final research report in both Arabic and English, submitted to the Ministry of Health within Baghdad.
- Two (2) presentations of findings at the Baghdad Public Health Conference and the Iraqi Medical Association Annual Symposium.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period shall require a revised Quotation Estimate.
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated by GMRC in Baghdad, Iraq.
- The Medical Researcher shall comply with all Iraqi federal and local regulations governing medical research, data privacy, and foreign professional engagement in Iraq Baghdad.
- Intellectual property arising from this research shall be jointly owned by GMRC and the Ministry of Health, Republic of Iraq, as stipulated in the master service agreement.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to security disruptions in Baghdad, shall entitle either party to suspend obligations without penalty, subject to written notice within five (5) business days.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the master service agreement is executed.
- All personal data collected during the research shall be handled in accordance with the Iraqi Personal Data Protection Law and the Declaration of Helsinki.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate for the Medical Researcher engagement in Iraq Baghdad has been reviewed, understood, and accepted in its entirety.
