- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing for the Medical Researcher services in Israel Jerusalem is subject to revision based on prevailing market rates and Israeli labor law adjustments.
- The Medical Researcher shall be engaged under a fixed-term research contract governed by the Israeli Labor Law, 5748-1987, and the specific provisions of the Israeli Ministry of Health research personnel regulations.
- All research data collected in Israel Jerusalem shall be stored on servers physically located within Israeli territory, in full compliance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its 2017 amendments.

- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Jerusalem, Israel, in accordance with the Israeli Arbitration Law, 5728-1968.
- All intellectual property generated by the Medical Researcher during the term of this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client institution and Levante Biomedical Consulting Group Ltd., as stipulated in a separate IP agreement to be executed concurrently with this Quotation Estimate.
