Payment shall be structured in four quarterly instalments of € 52,704.00 each, due within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date. The first instalment is due upon formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and execution of the service agreement. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of the Istituto di Ricerca Biomedica di Roma, IBAN: IT60 X054 2811 1000 0000 0123 456, BIC: BLOPIT22. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2002.
5. Terms and Conditions- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and conditions are subject to revision without prior notice.
- The Medical Researcher shall maintain full professional independence in scientific judgment while adhering to the approved protocol and the ethical standards enforced by the Italian National Research Ethics Committee (Comitato Etico Nazionale) in Italy Rome.
- All data generated during the engagement shall be the intellectual property of the commissioning institution. The Medical Researcher retains the right to co-authorship on resulting publications, subject to the client's approval.
- Any modification to the scope of work, including changes to participant numbers, biomarker panels, or study duration, shall require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate signed by both parties.
