This Quotation Estimate is issued by MediResearch Africa Consulting Ltd. to formally propose the engagement of a qualified Medical Researcher to support the Institut de Recherche en Santé Publique in conducting a comprehensive epidemiological study across the Abidjan metropolitan area in Ivory Coast. The Medical Researcher will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on field-based data collection, laboratory analysis coordination, and statistical modelling related to antimalarial drug resistance patterns observed in the southern regions of Ivory Coast Abidjan and its environs.
The Medical Researcher will operate under the scientific supervision of the client's principal investigator and will adhere to all ethical guidelines established by the Ivorian National Ethics Committee (Comité National d'Éthique de la Recherche – CNER) as well as international standards for human-subject research. All activities will be conducted within the jurisdiction of Abidjan, Ivory Coast, in full compliance with local regulatory frameworks.

Exchange rate applied: 1 USD = 600 XOF (BCO reference rate, June 2025). All amounts in XOF are payable in CFA Francs via bank transfer to the account of MediResearch Africa Consulting Ltd., Banque Atlantique, Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in exchange rates, reagent costs, or regulatory requirements in Ivory Coast.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of field data collection (Month 5); 30% upon delivery of the final scientific report and manuscript (Month 7).
- The Medical Researcher team shall be subject to the scientific oversight of the client's Principal Investigator. Any material change in scope, methodology, or study population must be documented in a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate before implementation.
- All research activities conducted in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, shall comply with the Ivorian Public Health Code, the CNER ethical review process, and the Declaration of Helsinki. The Medical Researcher is responsible for obtaining informed consent from all human participants.
- Intellectual property: Data and findings generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and MediResearch Africa Consulting Ltd., as specified in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed prior to project commencement.
- Confidentiality: The Medical Researcher and all supporting personnel shall sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) in accordance with Ivorian data protection law (Loi n° 2013-450 du 19 mars 2013 relative à la protection des données à caractère personnel).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to epidemics, civil unrest, government-imposed travel restrictions in Ivory Coast, or natural disasters affecting the Abidjan region.
- Dispute resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the Ivorian Chamber of Commerce in Abidjan.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the signed Service Agreement and Ethical Clearance documentation.
