This Quotation Estimate is issued by GlobalMed Research Partners Ltd. in response to the formal request for professional engagement of a qualified Medical Researcher to conduct advanced oncology and immunotherapy studies within the metropolitan region of Japan Tokyo. This document outlines the complete scope of services, associated costs, deliverables, and contractual terms governing the proposed engagement. All pricing is denominated in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise specified, and this Quotation Estimate reflects current market rates applicable to the Japan Tokyo research sector as of the date of issuance.

The proposed engagement involves the full-time deployment of a senior Medical Researcher with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of post-doctoral experience in molecular oncology, clinical trial design, and immunotherapy research. The Medical Researcher will be based at the client's primary laboratory facility located in the Bunkyo-ku district of Japan Tokyo and will operate under the direct supervision of the client's Chief Scientific Officer. The scope encompasses the following core responsibilities:

Design and execution of Phase I and Phase II clinical research protocols focused on novel checkpoint inhibitor therapies.
Supervision of a team of no more than six (6) junior research associates and laboratory technicians stationed in Japan Tokyo.
Conduct of weekly peer-review sessions with the client's internal scientific advisory board.
Preparation of regulatory submissions compliant with the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) of Japan.
Authorship and co-authorship of a minimum of four (4) peer-reviewed journal publications per annum.
Representation of the client at no fewer than three (3) international medical conferences held within the Japan Tokyo metropolitan area or abroad.

Payment for the services described in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments, with the first payment due within thirty (30) calendar days of the contract execution date. Subsequent payments shall be due on the 1st of January, April, July, and October. All payments shall be remitted via bank transfer to the account designated by GlobalMed Research Partners Ltd. in Japan Tokyo. Late payments shall incur a penalty interest rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with the Japanese Late Payment of Compensation Act.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issuance. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the proposed Medical Researcher are subject to re-evaluation.
The engagement of the Medical Researcher is contingent upon successful completion of a background verification, academic credential validation, and a medical fitness examination conducted in Japan Tokyo.
All intellectual property, research data, and publications generated during the term of this engagement shall be the sole property of the client, as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Assignment Agreement.
Either party may terminate the contract with a written notice of sixty (60) days. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all costs incurred up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
The Medical Researcher shall comply with all applicable Japanese laws, including the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act, and institutional ethics committee guidelines in force in Japan Tokyo.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement in writing.
Any disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, under the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association (JCAA).

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and confirms that the proposed engagement of the Medical Researcher in Japan Tokyo meets the scientific and operational requirements of the project. The undersigned authorizes GlobalMed Research Partners Ltd. to proceed with the recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of the specified Medical Researcher upon execution of the definitive Service Agreement.
