This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Almaty Biomedical Research Consortium LLP to provide a comprehensive cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Medical Researcher to conduct clinical and epidemiological studies within the Kazakhstan Almaty metropolitan region. The scope of this engagement encompasses the full lifecycle of a twelve-month research programme focused on cardiovascular disease prevalence, treatment efficacy, and public health intervention strategies targeting the population of Almaty and surrounding oblasts.

The Medical Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate will operate under the direct supervision of the Kazakhstan Almaty Regional Health Authority and will be required to comply with all national regulatory frameworks established by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including but not limited to the Law on Medical Activity, the Bioethics Code, and data protection regulations applicable within Kazakhstan Almaty.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation from Almaty Biomedical Research Consortium LLP.
All costs are quoted in Kazakhstani Tenge (KZT). Currency conversion to USD is provided for reference only and is based on the National Bank of Kazakhstan exchange rate on the date of issue.
The Medical Researcher shall be engaged on a fixed-term contract of twelve (12) months, renewable by mutual written agreement. The contract shall be governed by the Labour Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and applicable civil law provisions.
Payment shall be structured as follows: 20% advance upon contract execution, 60% in quarterly instalments aligned with research milestones, and 20% upon final delivery of the completed research report and data archive to the Kazakhstan Almaty Regional Health Authority.
All research data collected within Kazakhstan Almaty shall be stored on servers physically located within the Republic of Kazakhstan in compliance with the Law on Personal Data and Information Security. Cross-border data transfer requires prior written consent from the client.
The Medical Researcher is required to submit monthly progress reports and quarterly interim findings to the client. A final comprehensive research report, including statistical analysis, conclusions, and public health recommendations, shall be delivered within thirty (30) days of study completion.
Any changes to the scope of work, additional participant recruitment, or extension of the research timeline must be documented in a formal amendment to this Quotation Estimate and signed by both parties before implementation.
Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the Almaty City Arbitration Court in accordance with the Civil Procedure Code of Kazakhstan.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and accompanied by the executed service agreement.
