This Quotation Estimate is issued by Gulf Advanced Medical Research Institute to provide a comprehensive and transparent cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Medical Researcher to conduct specialized research activities within the jurisdiction of Kuwait, Kuwait City. The Medical Researcher engaged under this Quotation Estimate will possess a minimum of a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in a relevant biomedical or clinical discipline, with a minimum of eight (8) years of post-doctoral research experience. The researcher will be based in Kuwait, Kuwait City and will operate under the direct supervision of the client's principal investigator or research director.

- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, all rates and availability of the Medical Researcher must be reconfirmed in writing.
- Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three (3) equal installments: 40% upon contract signing, 30% at the six-month milestone, and 30% upon final project delivery and acceptance in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
- Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of the Medical Researcher's duties, additional research phases, or extended timelines will require a revised Quotation Estimate issued as a formal amendment to this document.
- Regulatory Compliance: The Medical Researcher shall adhere to all guidelines issued by the Kuwait Ministry of Health, the Kuwait Institute for Medical Research, and the International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards applicable in Kuwait.
- Confidentiality: All data, patient records, and proprietary research materials handled by the Medical Researcher in Kuwait, Kuwait City, shall be treated as strictly confidential and subject to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed prior to commencement of work.
- Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In such cases, the client shall be invoiced for all services rendered up to the termination date as per this Quotation Estimate.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, with the seat of arbitration in Kuwait City.
- Tax and Duties: All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are exclusive of any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) or other governmental levies imposed by the State of Kuwait. The client shall be responsible for any such additional charges.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and cost structure outlined herein for the engagement of the Medical Researcher in Kuwait, Kuwait City. This document does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
