2. Scope of Services – Medical Researcher Engagement
This Quotation Estimate is issued by ARMA to provide a comprehensive and transparent financial breakdown for the engagement of a senior Medical Researcher to conduct a multi-phase epidemiological and clinical study within the greater Morocco Casablanca metropolitan area. The Medical Researcher will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting on a longitudinal study examining the prevalence of non-communicable diseases among the urban population of Casablanca, with particular focus on cardiovascular risk factors, metabolic syndrome, and respiratory conditions linked to the industrial and coastal environmental profile of the region.
The engagement of the Medical Researcher is structured over a period of twelve (12) months, commencing on 1 September 2025 and concluding on 31 August 2026. All fieldwork, laboratory coordination, data analysis, and final reporting will be conducted in and around Morocco Casablanca, utilizing the facilities of the CHU Ibn Rochd, the Pasteur Institute of Morocco, and the University Hassan II medical campus as primary operational bases.

4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing for the Medical Researcher engagement and associated services may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of field data collection (Month 7), and 30% upon delivery of the final research report. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to ARMA's account at Attijariwafa Bank, Casablanca branch.
- The Medical Researcher shall comply with all applicable Moroccan health regulations, including the Loi 09-81 on the protection of personal data and the ethical guidelines of the Moroccan Ministry of Health.
- All intellectual property generated during the course of this research engagement in Morocco Casablanca shall be jointly owned by ARMA and ISPM, as stipulated in the separate Intellectual Property Agreement.
- Any changes to the scope of work, including modifications to the participant sample size, additional laboratory assays, or extended timelines, will require a written amendment to this Quotation Estimate and a corresponding adjustment to the total cost.
- ARMA shall provide a dedicated point of contact in Casablanca for all administrative, logistical, and regulatory coordination throughout the project duration.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to public health emergencies, government-mandated lockdowns, or natural disasters affecting the Casablanca region, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned by authorized representatives.
5. Acceptance and Authorization
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for the Medical Researcher services described herein and agrees to the terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined in this document for the project to be executed in Morocco Casablanca.
