3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting current market rates in Myanmar Yangon.
3.2 Payment shall be made in US Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account designated by the Medical Researcher's institution. A 30% advance payment is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% is due upon completion of field data collection; and the remaining 30% is due upon delivery of the final research report.
3.3 The Medical Researcher and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, including but not limited to the Myanmar Medical Research Ethics guidelines and data protection statutes in force in Yangon.
3.4 All intellectual property generated under this engagement shall be jointly owned by the client and the Medical Researcher's institution, as stipulated in a separate Intellectual Property Agreement to be executed prior to commencement of work.
3.5 Any change in scope, additional townships in Myanmar Yangon, or extended laboratory work will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued in writing and accepted by both parties before execution.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract. A formal Service Agreement must be executed by both parties before any work commences.
